1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FightIQ. By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use FightIQ. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

FightIQ is a combat sports analysis platform that provides fight predictions, fighter statistics, matchup breakdowns, community picks, live fight tracking, and related features. The Service includes both free features and paid subscription tiers (FightIQ Pro and FightIQ Elite). We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may sign in using Google, Microsoft, or Facebook OAuth. Use of these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

FightIQ offers the following paid subscription tiers:

  • FightIQ Pro ($19.99/month) — unlimited matchup breakdowns, full FightIQ analysis, live fight center, and more
  • FightIQ Elite ($49.99/month) — includes everything in Pro plus fight simulations, comparison tools, and data export

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Ambassador Program

The FightIQ Ambassador Program allows approved users to earn commissions by referring new paid subscribers. By participating in the Ambassador Program, you agree to:

  • Use your assigned referral code or link only in compliance with applicable laws and our guidelines
  • Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unsolicited promotional messaging
  • Not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn commissions on your own subscription
  • Acknowledge that commissions are calculated based on active, paid subscriptions tied to your referral code
  • Understand that commission rates may vary based on ambassador level (Contender or Champ) and are subject to change

Commission payouts are tracked through our internal systems and Stripe. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke ambassador status for fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FightIQ for any illegal purpose, including unauthorized gambling or sports betting where prohibited
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without permission
  • Use generated content from FightIQ for commercial redistribution without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its security features
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation with FightIQ
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FightIQ — including fight analysis, predictions, fighter statistics, visual designs, logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by FightIQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Fighter statistics and fight data are sourced from publicly available information and remain subject to their respective rights holders.

8. Disclaimers

FightIQ provides combat sports analysis, predictions, and statistical breakdowns for informational and entertainment purposes only. The following disclaimers apply:

  • Fight predictions and analyses are generated using statistical models and predictive analytics. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as financial or betting advice
  • FightIQ is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling platform. We do not accept bets or wagers of any kind
  • If you choose to wager on combat sports, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Fighter statistics and data are sourced from third-party providers and may contain inaccuracies or delays
  • Past performance and historical data do not guarantee future outcomes

FightIQ is not liable for any losses or decisions made based on the content provided on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of FightIQ shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FightIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to FightIQ or other users. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of FightIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FightIQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
